Absolut unbrauchbar für mich, da keinerlei Verzahnung mit dem angrenzenden VRM-Gebiet besteht. Somit bin ich auf die DB-App angewiesen, deren Server regelmäßig streiken. Freie Fahrt für freie Bürger oder so.
I paid for ticket and my ticket didn't show up in the app
It does not accept my German bank card.
It worked a week but since 2 weeks just takes to long to proceed the payment and I need about 20 min to manage to buy a ticket. Since last week looks just impossible due to error. I have fast internet so the problem is from the app. I already installed again and updated but I still can manage to buy tickets when I need.
There should be a possibility to change manually the settings for 'start of the week'. In Bonn the week still starts with a Monday and not a Sunday (yes my phone's calender is set to Monday as well). And a 'darkmode' would be very helpful as well please.
First ticket was easy to buy. But now I can't even buy tickets anymore. The only message I get is "An Error occurred" great!
Seit einem der letzten Updates ist die Ticket-Funktion völlig unzuverlässig. Entweder dauert der Vorgang ewig, um dann zu scheitern oder ich bekomme direkt die Fehlermeldung "Ticket could not be bought". Wenn ich mich auf die App nicht verlassen kann, ist sie nicht zu gebrauchen selbst wenn sie meist funktioniert!

Do not use! many connections missing it is misleading. S19 Messe Deutz to airport usually not shown at all! And now you're asking for more concrete example. What a nonsense can't you read: S19 is not shown in the options! Update..useless app!
